- Communication Plan: Employees working remotely are required to maintain regular communication with their team members and supervisors, including participating in scheduled conference calls, and video meetings, and responding promptly to emails and messages.
- Technology Tools: The company will provide the necessary tools and equipment for remote employees to perform their job duties effectively. Employees are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of company information and devices.
- Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Remote employees must comply with all applicable wage and hour requirements, and adhere to the company’s policies regarding equal opportunity and non-discrimination.
- Performance Expectations: Remote employees are expected to maintain the same level of productivity and quality of work as if they were working in the office. The performance will be monitored by their manager, and any concerns will be addressed promptly.
